Indians are people from India while Native Americans are people who were thought to be Indians by Christopher Columbus - the person who discovered U.S.A (He thought he was in India, that's why).
Also, it's fine if you don't know the difference, I didn't too!
I know, I have seen a map before. But in this picture, it looks like Africa (now lush and green) has been merged into Europe. You can actually see Madagascar on it's left side.
