bro u mean like rtx relastic mods, dont run them on low end pcs, try using graphics cards not talkin abt rtx 4090, like gt 1030 or nvs 310

most of them have cooldowns mainly the big weapons the small ones don't
and this is because the big ones do more dmg just imagine having to wait 2s to attack with smth that only does 1 dmg
