I have personally played this game for a while, I have 2500 kills, and I have recently bought the plague doctor mask. I think that some really great additions to the game would be quests, as in the late game the game starts to lose its purpose and the only reason to really play is to get obscenely expensive gear. A level system would also be great to see your progress as a player and make it feel like you can accomplish things. I am seeing people with cool stuff such as skeleton skins and shirts saying party time, I feel like there are just no cool items these days like there used to be. I think it is a good idea not to add in more items such as a shield as they are too op. I think that instead of saying +1 damage protection they could say +10 health instead to make it more clear to newer players and players that dont understand the system. (like me) Overall I think it is a great game, a chat would be nice, I know you have a lot on your plate already so its fine if none of these things happen.

I do agree with you, new maps and gear won't change the game much, while new gamemodes, levels, quests and leaderboards for kills and flags would greatly make the game better...
imo i think they should add game-modes like tower defense(thats what its called right i forgor) and like a game-mode where you find the fruit the fastest and there ARENT set teams so no-one kill kill each other and deff NOT a leader board bc come on now everyone would forget abt the actual game (i think??)
also the dmg prot should have been like 1+ blocked 1+ health i hade a whole new idea but i think its op
when you get dmged by som1 you lose ur hp, but then if you run away/kill them and run into another guy while still low, you block 1 hit with low dmg prot, 2 with mid, and 3 with liek full dmg prot
well usu the point is to either be a casual io game or have fun with friends. and yes people do grind for the fesrless armor like crazy, but they would grind the quests and levels just as much as the armor. the skeleton and party is just a meta people like to use. yeah shield cannot be balanced, and the dmg prot is unclear even to people like me who been playing since march 2022. there is a chat for squads but not public, the average playerbase of monkeys are too toxic n immature to use it responsibly

also damage prop does nothing, so ur sayin that it would make it a bit broken... because what ur saying is 1 dmg prop would give +10 health.
i dont know how much health a player has, but if its 100, then you would be able to get +200 health meaning you need 4 sniper shots to kill them .___.
