Here's some advice for anyone trying to push coins, use the Runner (#4), and make it as fast as possible, then add health. You can get a lot of coins by rushing for the flags. (does get a little boring after a while, but totally worth it) I'm nearly finished with the King Armor Set using this tactic.

I will often get about 40-60 coins per match without doubling it.
