The visual model is smaller for female skin, and that might be a tiny advantage. I prefer the male skin as the noise made by jumping is much quieter than the female skin causing me to hear more arrows flying
Female skin is more arousing towards the primarily male player base and so, due to sexual attraction, players might either get distracted (if the skin is hot enough) or go slightly less hard on them due to the human brain being much more softer towards ppl of the opposite gender.
