- Jet was at home and watching the news on the couch -

- They were talking about preventing people from commit sui**** -

- He shuts the tv off and sits there for a moment -

 - He sighs -

- He wondered about the kids at school, how they had the same feeling he had right now, maybe he could do something, to prevent them doing what he almost did. He remembered how the kids laughed at the others with scars… This bothered him for a minute, but he continued to have it on his mind the rest of the day -

- He went for a walk, still having the same things on his mind -

- He found the same thugs he saw earlier in the week, who demanded money -

Jet: What do you want? - He said, frustrated and annoyed at the same time -

Thug: You forgot? Money, you know you can't pass here without money

Jet: Well, you're not getting it, I don't care what you do

Thug: You don't care? You don't care that we'll BEAT you to death?

Good, we'll have fun doing it - he laughs -

- Jet didn't respond after that, they started to hit him, this time causing even worse injuries than last time -

- After beating him for 5 minutes straight they left him there, as his vison started to fail -

- Spruce, a guy walking by saw him -

Spruce: Hey man, what in the world happened to you?!

Jet: Just, just a couple of bastards - he says, a weak tone in his voice -

Spruce: Look, you need get you to the hospital, I'll take you there.

Jet: - he nods - Thanks a lot

- Spruce and Jet go to the hospital, it seems Jet sure does get hurt a lot -

- Once Spruce checked Jet in, they put him in a room and took care of him -

- A couple of hours later Jet woke up, with some surprising news -

Jet: Wakes up -

Jet: Spruce…

Spruce: He looks at Jet - Yeah?

Jet: I, I, I CAN'T SEE A THING - His heart starts to pound, he felt anxious and scared -

Spruce: A surprised look on his face - Oh boy, that's not good…

Jet: He panics, not knowing what to do -

Spruce: Jet, just relax! I'll get the doctors - He hurries to get some help for Jet -

- The doctors come to Jet, checking his eyes -

Doctor: Looks like he had some back blows on his eyes, he's going to be like this for a while

Jet: How long is "a while"?

Doctor: Well, we don't know, all we know is that it's not going to go away in the snap of a finger

Jet: He put his face in his hands - Great…

- The doctors walk out leaving Jet and Spruce -

Spruce: It'll be ok Jet

Jet: Yeah, I hope…

Jet: He squints, trying to be able to see again. Sadly, it doesn't work, he stayed in the hospital for a day and then went back home -
