So, this is probably going to sound like a meaningless unrealistic rant from a yapping idiot, but here it goes... forgive me lmao
4 months ago, i started exercising after putting it off for years. i realized, there was no "best time to start". that would never come. i was in horrible shape. it hurt to walk for 10 mins. but i stuck at it, almost every day. it wasn't easy, still isn't. probably never will be, but that's fine. as i said earlier, i could barely walk for 10 mins. now, four months later, i full out ran for 15 mins. Still not very impressive, but a huge improvement in such a short amount of time. It has really helped me, not just physically, but mentally. i don't hate myself (as much anyways) anymore. i still have a lot to work on, but if i keep working at it, ill get it done. If you are putting off exercising because you are waiting for the perfect time, then start now. that time will never come. if you are putting it off because it's too hard, just do 5 mins of light exercise a day. doesn't matter what kind, lifting weights, running, or other methods. IK IM YAPPING so ima end it, have a nice day my homies

And yes it benefits mental health as much as phys.
i got timed out for a week for saying "huh" 4 times,it was "spam" and when 70 said huh 5 time to test if he would get timed out he didn't so now i can't give any ideas nor ruin the hi streak for a week
idk if the person was hacking but they jumped in the water and didnt die, so maybe that was leaking into original version. he could swim around aswelll
cuz well youโd think me (hydro) and bee are still at arms reach (in terms of connections rn ). but no it wasnโt me and it may have been bee cuz recently heโs been asked like a butt ton of times to get back on n1 by this n1 player named friendly ?

No. You can do that if you open the hills map, delete the tab, and open Narrow One again. Water wonโt kill you (depending where you go).
